Talley Savignon Blanc 9

This Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant aromas of lime and grapefruit zest, casaba melon and hints of fresh herbs.  The mid-palate has bright citrus flavors of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, with a distinct, underlying minerality.  It finishes dry and is a perfect complement to a wide array of dishes.

Talley “Trifecta” 9

BLEND: 45% Petite Syrah, 35% Syrah, 20% Cabernet
Deep ruby in color, this blend has sweet and spicy aromas of black cherry, wild sage, and cola with hints cinnamon. The mid palate is full bodied with lush flavors of dark fruit and spice. This wine has a balanced tannin structure that leads into a long finish making it a nice complement to grilled meats.

Tolosa Pinot Noir 11

This wine opens with warm ripe fruit that evokes cherry, but also has tones similar to strawberry and cranberry. The smoky and oak characters are well hidden. A hint of citrus oil and rose geranium complete the perfume. The palate is medium bodied with a perfect velvety astringency. This wine will make for pleasant company at any dinner table.

Sextant “Central Coast” Chardonnay 11

Honeydew melon aromas are complimented with floral essences, and blanched almonds. Citrus elements on the palate are finished with the slightest touch of butter cream. This Chardonnay sees minimal oak so the fruit characteristics are unmasked.

Dry Creek Zinfandel 10

This Sonoma County wine is robust and spicy, ideal to pair with grilled steaks, burgers, and pork. Bursting with flavors of blackberries, green peppercorns and toast. This wine offers
something for everyone to love.

Niner “RGM” 10

BLEND: 50% Roussanne, 45% Granche Blanc, 5% Marsanne
This wine’s characteristics are influenced by the Rhone region of France while remaining crisp and refreshing with floral hints on the nose. It showcases its vibrant acididity and fresh aromatics of green apple, pear, and cantaloupe. It is great on its own or to compliment just about any seafood dish.

Justin “Obtuse” Port 8

Made using the same method as traditional Port, Justin Obtuse instead features Cabernet Sauvignon. A portion of the natural sugar from the grapes is left unfermented for a touch of sweetness. With only a few months in barrel, Obtuse has a crisp, clean finish when compared to traditional versions of dessert style wine.
